These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the k88k platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Binding Agreement

This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, representations or arrangements between you and k88k relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

To register and maintain an account on k88k, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. k88k strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will require documentary proof of age upon request. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds returned or forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
- You must be a natural person acting in your own name and for your own account. You may not open or operate an account on behalf of a third party.
- You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your access to and use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of k88k, or an immediate family member of any such person.

3. Account Registration and Security
Clause 3.1
Registration Requirements
When registering an account on k88k you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to promptly update your information if any details change. The following information is mandatory at registration:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
- Valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
- Date of birth. k88k will verify that you are aged 21 or above and may request supporting documentation including a National ID Card (NID), passport or birth certificate.
- A unique password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. k88k will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or telephone.
Clause 3.2
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one active account on k88k at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and a permanent ban from the platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, please contact support immediately.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Clause 4.1
Deposits
k88k accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit methods include:
- Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳100, credited to wallet instantly upon confirmation.
- Bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500, credited within 1-3 business hours.
- k88k does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name on your k88k account. Deposits from mismatched accounts will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.
Clause 4.2
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name and previously used for a deposit on the account.
- k88k reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing time is same business day for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Clause 5.1
Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on k88k are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household and per device. k88k uses technical checks to identify duplicate claims and will void bonus awards found to be in breach of this rule.
- Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard rollover on k88k welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
- k88k reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event a promotion is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, any uncleared bonus funds will be forfeited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Clause 6.1
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on k88k and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent ban from the platform:
- Registering or operating more than one account. Accounts found to be linked by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method or personal details will be treated as duplicate accounts and all associated balances may be voided.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Service in a manner not sanctioned by k88k, including automated betting, scraping of odds data or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, including bonus abuse, chargeback fraud, collusion, chip dumping or money laundering. k88k co-operates with financial institutions and law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your account. k88k accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Exploiting any software bug, game error, technical malfunction or pricing error to obtain an advantage over the platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided and the responsible account suspended pending investigation.
7. Responsible Gaming
Clause 7.1
Player Protection Commitment
k88k is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The following tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings:
- Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount they can deposit to their k88k account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Time-out facility — players may activate a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, the player cannot log in, deposit, bet or claim bonuses.
- Self-exclusion — players who feel that their gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate self-exclusion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability
k88k makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k88k shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical faults, network outages or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control, including those arising from the networks of third-party mobile operators such as Grameenphone, Robi or Banglalink.
Clause 8.2
Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k88k excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity, even if k88k has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit k88k's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Amendments to These Terms
k88k reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where we consider a change to be significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by SMS or on-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure by contacting our support team. k88k will process any pending withdrawal requests for verified accounts in the normal course following account closure.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to k88k's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute between you and k88k that cannot be resolved by our customer support team will be referred to binding arbitration.
